On April Tenth I went practically the WHOLE day without shoes except to work and to eat. And, almost everyone of my nursing peers joined me for one full hour of class with NO SHOES! It's crazy how one small random act can empower you and help you to know that you ARE making a difference in this messy world! :)
Exams and check offs during the rest of the week...
April Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth, we spent in Pigeon Forge, TN at the Grand Rod Run that we go to every year with my family!

Lectures and check offs and studying...
April eighteenth, I started my very first IV :) I got it on my first attempt! Although, I don't think I could have done it as well without my instructor there guiding me through it. One thing I have to say about the nursing program that I am in is that I am VERY fortunate to have such awesome instructors! :)
